Welcome to Skintt.net (“Sk!n”), a website of a dermatology clinic in Trinidad and Tobago (the “Site”). You can contact us and schedule an appointment through our Site (the “Service”). All medical services are provided by the licensed professionals who are also insured in accordance with the law.

The Site, Services and Content are available to you provided that you comply with this Terms and Conditions document (the Terms) and applicable laws. You understand that you may not use our Site, Services or Content contrary to these Terms or applicable laws. Please read carefully these Terms and keep a copy of them for your reference, as they apply to everyone visiting the Site and interacting with the Site and Services in any way and by using any kind of device. If you continue your browsing of the Site or usage of the Services, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these Terms. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Sk!n.

II MINIMUM AGE REQUIREMENT

By accessing the Site you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age. If you are younger than 18 years old and you wish to access our Site and Services, please have your parent or other legal guardian present with you whenever you are using the Site or scheduling an appointment.

You are responsible for visiting the Terms page and complying with any changes to the Terms. By continuing the usage of the Site and Services you inform us that you agree to be bound by the new version of the Terms. If any information is changed after your submission, it is up to you to update it, so we may continue providing you with the Service.

Your data – your responsibility: we are not responsible for any issues which might arise in connection with untrue or inaccurate information or information which is not complete.

VI RULE OF CONDUCT

You will not collect users’ content or information, or otherwise access the Site, using automated means (such as harvesting bots, robots, spiders, or scrapers) without our permission. You will not provide any false personal information on the Site, or book an appointment for anyone other than yourself without permission.

Any appointment may be canceled at least four hours prior to the appointment.

You agree not to post or transmit content linking to or aimed at Sk!n which is illegal, hateful, obscene, threatening, incites violence, insulting, defamatory, infringing of intellectual property rights, invasive of privacy, or contains nudity or graphic or gratuitous violence or is otherwise objectionable to third parties.

VII TERMINATION AND ACCESS RESTRICTION

We may limit or completely cancel your access to the Site and Services if you are not complying with our Terms. We can, in our sole discretion, suspend or terminate access to all or parts of the Site and Services to anyone, without prior notice or need to deliberate on reasons for such measure.

We reserve the right to deny Services to anyone at any time.

VIII LICENCE AND INTELECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

Usage of Sk!n trade mark by anyone other then the trade mark’s registered user is objectionable under law and constitues an offence under Trade marks act of 1997. article 66A.

IX THIRD – PARTY CONTENT

We may provide you with content belonging to the outside sources or links leading to the outside sources. We are not responsible for the content provided by the outside sources. Outside sources are separate entities and are not under our control, and they may have different terms and policies. We are not responsible for the availability and content of the outside sources.

9.2
The Site may include social media features in the form of widgets which function like separate programs working within the Site. Your interaction with these widgets is governed by policies of a third-party providing them.

X LEAVING OUR MAILING LIST

By providing us your e-mail address you agree to receive periodical emails from us. We may contact you using the available contact information provided by you, for any matters relating to purchasing, paying and delivering of the Service. We may also inform you through e-mail about news, promotions, special offers and or other topics of interest related to the Sk!n and our affiliates.

XI INDEMNITY

XII STATUE OF LIMITATIONS

XIV GOVERNING LAW

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed under the laws of Trinidad and Tobago, without regard to its conflict of law provisions, as applied to agreements entered into and to be performed in Trinidad and Tobago by Trinidad and Tobago residents. You also agree and hereby submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Trinidad and Tobago, for the resolution of any conflict arising out of or in connection with these Terms, the Site, or the Service.

XV FINAL PROVISIONS

If any part of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable in any respect, it will not affect the validity or enforceability of the remainder of the Terms.
